Granada Theater
The Granada Theater was an atmospheric-style theater designed by Liebenberg and Kaplan built in 1928. Renamed the Suburban World Theatre in 1954, it closed in 2003. Some time thereafter, it briefly reopened as a “cinema grill,” but now lies dormant again. (“Suburban World Theatre in Minneapolis, MN,” Cinema Treasures, n.d.)
